We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Service Support Specialist at our corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA.  The Service Support Specialist will be responsible for performing a number of administrative and support activities for the Benefit Services and Payroll Tax departments.  The position also supports the different managers and supervisors of these departments to help maintain efficient operation within the company.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours.  The ideal candidate will work 4-6 hours a day 3-5 days a week.

A typical day for our Service Support Specialist includes:

  • Open, sort, scan and distribute mail
  • Help with the shipping and receiving of FedEx and UPS packages
  • Order supplies
  • Record and update multiple database systems
  • Process reports and handle request for information and data
  • Assist with coordinating activities through inner-office social committee
  • Help with other projects as assigned
