PrimePay, LLC is an employee management solutions provider offering a full range of integrated payroll and HR support services to small and mid-sized companies.  PrimePay is a privately-owned national company, serving all 50 states from over 30 office locations. We have a full-time opening for a Salesforce.com System Administrator.  

This position is responsible for the day to day administration and support of Salesforce.com in the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ & Billing, Partner & Customer Communities, and Pardot.  The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Salesforce experience.  Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required.

The general responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General Administration:

  • Administration of the salesforce.com environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to salesforce.com application administration

 Process Improvement:

  • Work with cross functional teams to drive improvements/best practices including analyzing and optimizing salesforce.com related workflows, platform design and setup
  • Assist with the performance of business analysis in which information about business process and concerns are gathered from key internal business stakeholders
  • Understand business requirements and map them to technology solutions
  • Research and implement new functionality, features and customizations requested by stakeholders to improve business processes
  • Keep abreast of new salesforce.com features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements

 Support:

  • Provide daily support for all users

  • Fantastic organizational skills to assist with data recording
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a big plus
