PrimePay is a growing leader in the payroll and business services industry.  We are currently searching for a front desk Receptionist for our office in Cromwell CT. We are looking for an energetic individual who is a self starter, detail oriented and is good at multi-tasking. Many of PrimePay's past receptionists have moved on within the company to advance their careers.  There is plenty of room for growth and opportunity for dedicated, energetic individuals and entry level candidates are welcome to apply. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate group
  • Meet and greet incoming clients and guests
  • Assist Client Success Manager in special projects
  • Organize mail and distribute it throughout the office
  • Manage packages coming in and out of the office through FedEx and UPS
  • Support the Payroll Department with projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • Detail oriented
  • Friendly, up-beat, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Dependable and responsible
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Mature and reliable
  • 1+ year of experience as a receptionist handling multiple line phones is preferred
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
