Job Description


PrimePay is an employee management solutions provider offering a full range of integrated payroll and HR support services, and we are currently seeking a Product Success Specialist in the West Chester, PA office. The Benefit Services Team serves clients who have engaged PrimePay for COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA administration, and the Product Success Specialist strives to ensure the overall success of the solutions, assist in growing this product and ensuring client satisfaction with the product.

Essential Job Duties for Product Success Specialist, FLEX:

  • Serve as the teams’ primary FLEX Solution Subject Matter Expert, including but not limited to general administrative questions, compliance questions, system training, account issues and special requests
  • Serve as lead or back up for regularly FLEX operational processes (daily reimbursement, MSP reporting, etc.)
  • Conduct ongoing client training webcasts on processes, product enhancements or compliance topics
  • Share knowledge with team through various mediums. Deliver FLEX regulatory and product training to team and when needed take action to address staff training gaps
  • Assist the Technology Integration Specialist as needed to implement new FLEX file feeds
  • Track FLEX Key Performance Indicators to ensure service and operations run smoothly, and work with Management to address areas of concern
  • Maintain FLEX Client Manual and internal departmental procedures
  • Perform Quality Audits on a regular basis to ensure new client set-ups, client renewals, and daily processing are completed timely and accurately. Perform Quality Audits on FLEX participant calls to ensure CSRs are adequately trained and informed
  • Identify processes that can be automated or improved; serve as a resource to implement initiatives
  • Assist sales, as needed, with new business and questions
  • Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and questions;
  • Communicate with Management areas needing improvement
  • Consistently meeting the department’s Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain departmental administrative procedures as assigned
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Employee Benefits Administration or FLEX
  • In-depth knowledge Section 125, Section 105, HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA. Knowledgeable of COBRA
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and to resolve problems
  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Strong desire to expand product, improve processes, and develop others
  • Must be innovative and take initiative; seek our solutions to problems
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess keyboarding skills
  • Must be detail oriented, analytical and possess a positive attitude
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities within a high-volume, fast-paced division
  • Experience working within a TPA environment preferred
  • Experience working with Alegeus Wealthcare Admin preferred
