We are currently seeking a Part-Time Client Success Specialist for our billing team.  This position is in our West Chester, PA office. The Benefit Services Team serves clients who have engaged PrimePay for COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA administration.  The Client Success Specialist, Billing & Reconciliation position provides billing, reconciliation and collections support for this division.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Client Success Specialist for our billing team.  This position is in our West Chester, PA office. The Benefit Services Team serves clients who have engaged PrimePay for COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA administration.  The Client Success Specialist, Billing & Reconciliation position provides billing, reconciliation and collections support for this division. 

A typical day for our Client Success Specialist includes:

  • Works with the team to ensure clients and their employees setup is accurate
  • Perform monthly reconciliation audits and communicate directly with clients on the results
  • Offer recommendations for improving the overall process and implementing new processes
  • Service as a resource to internal team members and clients related to billing questions and needs
  • Special projects or assignments as needed

Have these qualities? Then we definitely want to chat with you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting, billing and/or reconciliation role, or Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance and one year’s experience in an accounting, billing and/or reconciliation role
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting rules and procedures
  • Experienced in maintaining and reconciling accounting and financial records
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with different experience levels within team and with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Ability to analyze information and meet deadlines
  • Proven Intermediate to Advanced-level Excel knowledge
  • Demonstrated track record to meet hard deadlines

The Client Success Specialist is a Part-Time position with flexible hours.
