We are looking for our next Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of Workers’ Compensation business with the overall goal of generating new revenue to meet sales quotas.  This key contributor will focus on selling PrimePay’s Workers’ Compensation pay-as-you-go product to our payroll clients both new and existing.

A typical day for our Inside Sales Representative includes:

  • Researches and identifies qualified prospects through PrimePay’s new client opportunities and current client listings
  • Partners with sales staff members for initial and ongoing prospect sales, meetings and proposals
  • Gains a working knowledge of the insurance Industry as it relates to PrimePay and our policies, goals, products and services
  • Identifies key decision makers and develops strong relationships with these individuals
  • Completes insurance application process, prepares appropriate quotes and presents to clients
  • Works directly with client to obtain information and secure binding of coverage
  • Ensures time frames and deliverables are met to the clients’ satisfaction
  • Works as a positive, proactive, contributing member of a team

The right Inside Sales Representative candidate will have these qualifications:

  • Property and Casualty License is required
  • Must have proven track record of success and 1- 2 years of experience with commercial lines insurance sales
  • Strong knowledge or experience in Workers’ Compensation is necessary
  • Must be self-motivated with a superior work ethic
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adhering to PrimePay’s ethical standards
  • Proven time-management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Closes the sale by learning and addressing client needs and concerns
  • College degree preferred
