The Client Success Specialist I, ERISA Compliance, will support the ERISA team by creating customized ERISA plan documents for PrimePay's clients.

The Client Success Specialist I, ERISA Compliance, supports the ERISA Compliance Team in their work, assisting employers and benefit professionals in the creation of customized ERISA-wrap documents for their employee health and welfare benefit plans.  The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work directly with the Benefits Services sales team to manage and facilitate the sales process with employers.
  • Set-up new business for ERISA services, including:
    • Daily phone and email support for clients, brokers, BC Enrollment Team, and Sales
    • Assignment of new clients, and management of client load for Client Success Specialists
    • Creation of client records
    • Gathering of all necessary documentation for document review and creation
    • Working with Accounting to insure proper billing
  • Managing the client renewal process for ERISA services, including
    • Generation of all renewal communications
    • Gathering all renewal materials and documents
    • Generating and reviewing all renewal billing
  • Update and maintain employer and benefits plan information in a Microsoft Access database to ensure accuracy
  • Update and maintain team procedures guide as needed
  • Serve as internal resource for general product questions, billing inquiries, and process questions
  • Assist Client Success Manager with special projects involving billing, data integrity, workload management
  • Opportunity to learn the Fast Track product and participate in the creation of Fast Track documents

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of health and welfare benefits, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA and HIPAA

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS degree (preferred), two years of practical experience in employee benefits or employee benefit administration (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Access or another relational database is preferred
  • Experience with SunGard Relius or EFAST2 is a plus
