Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to support our Benefit Services Team. The Benefit Services Team serves clients who have engaged PrimePay for COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA administration, and the CSS contributes towards the team’s shared mission of delivering timely, accurate benefits administration and exceptional, first-class service to their assigned book of business.

We are currently seeking a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to support our Benefit Services Team. The Benefit Services Team serves clients who have engaged PrimePay for COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA administration, and the CSS contributes towards the team’s shared mission of delivering timely, accurate benefits administration and exceptional, first-class service to their assigned book of business.

No two days will be the same. But here’s what you can count on:

  • Contribute towards the team’s shared mission of delivering timely, accurate benefits administration and exceptional, first-class service to their assigned book of business.
    • Plays a key role in New Client Onboarding to ensure smooth and satisfactory install of services:
    • Sets up new client portals
    • Enters new participants
    • Creates verification reports for clients
    • For PrimePay payroll clients, creates deduction register report and sends to payroll CSR
    • Works with internal accounting team to set up billing
  • Plays a key role in Client Renewals to ensure smooth and satisfactory install of services:
    • Updates client portals
    • Processes participant elections/changes
    • Creates verification reports for client
    • For PrimePay payroll clients, creates deduction register report and sends to payroll CSR
    • Works with internal accounting teams to update billing
  • Contributes to team’s customer satisfaction:
    • Supports their team in resolving basic-intermediate service tickets and issues
    • Supports their service team in processing mid-year enrollments and changes
    • Answers incoming calls from the Client Support phone queue
    • Supports the Participant Support team with escalated issues
    • Assist Participant Support team with participant calls in times of reduced staffing (lunch, etc.) or high volume

Here are some qualities we hope our next Client Success Specialist has:

  • 6 months’ experience in Employee Benefits Administration, Claims administration/processing, or COBRA administration in a professional, office environment
  • Must be very familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess keyboarding skills
  • Desire to work as a strong contributor to achieve team goals
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities within a high-volume, fast-paced division
  • Possess a positive attitude and a desire to continually improve skills and gain knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations by delivering the extra degree of service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Intermediate understanding of Pre-tax reimbursement plans and COBRA
