This role supports PrimePay's ProfitKeeper clients with initial account setup, and on-going support by fielding questions and concerns, resolving basic problems, and escalating issues to the next level as needed. Our Client Success Representatives play an important role in client satisfaction, and therefore, are critical to our team's success. We are currently searching for a talented individual to fill the role of Client Success Representative. This role supports PrimePay's ProfitKeeper clients with initial account setup and on-going support by fielding questions and concerns, resolving basic problems and escalating issues to the next level as needed. Our Client Success Representatives play an important role in client satisfaction, and therefore, are critical to our team's success. A typical day for our Client Success Representative includes:

  • Proactively assisting clients over the phone, by e-mail, fax, or regular mail correspondence
  • Providing answers and basic solutions for client questions, concerns and problems in regard to our website
  • Maintain an active clientele by retaining clients through pro-active customer service regarding the efficient operation of their individual business
  • Assist with reports, and/or other projects as assigned 
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Here are some qualities we hope our next Client Success Representative has:

  • Tech savvy + must possess strong PC skills, including strong keyboarding and screen navigation
  • Intermediate skills with business software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to function well in a rapidly changing environment where flexibility is required to ensure maximization of business opportunities
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • A well-developed work ethic as evidenced by excellent attendance and schedule adherence
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team. Responsible for both individual and collective assignments
  • College degree preferred
