PrimePay is currently searching for a talented individual to fill the role of Accounts Payable Specialist at PrimePay’s corporate headquarters based in West Chester, PA.  In this position you will work closely with the Corporate Controller to assist with the accounts payable functions at PrimePay.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for various functions within the accounting department, including, but not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable Process
  • Communications with Vendors
  • Expense Report Processing (Concur)
  • Corporate Credit Card Report Processing
  • Fixed Asset Management 
  • Facilities and Equipment Lease Analysis
  • Budgeting Assistance
  • Various Special Projects as Needed


  • Accounts Payable Experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Experience (desired but not required) 
  • QuickBooks Enterprise Experience (desired but not required)
  • Concur Experience (desired but not required) 
  • BA/BS Degree (desired but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Efficient and Effective Multi-Tasking
  • Strong Attention To Detail
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information Professionally
  • Ability to Work Independently and as a Team
