We are currently searching for a talented individual to fill the role of Accounts Payable Specialist at our corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA.  In this position, you will work closely with the Corporate Controller to assist with the accounts payable and other accounting functions at PrimePay.

A typical day for our Accounts Payable Specialist includes:

  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Communications with vendors
  • Expense report processing (Concur)
  • Corporate credit card report processing
  • Fixed asset management
  • Facility and equipment leases analysis
  • Budgeting assistance
  • Trust account reconciliations
  • Billing processes
  • Various special projects as needed

Here are some qualities we hope our next Accounts Payable Specialist has:

  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Experience (desired but not required)
  • QuickBooks Enterprise experience (desired but not required)
  • Concur experience (desired but not required)
  • BA/BS Degree (desired but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient and effective multi-tasker
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
